I ordered thru Uber Eats. The Salt Pepper Fish was delicious! Light, crispy, not greasy and a great portion for the price. I've come here since the late 70's and seen lots of owners over the years. This new owner does a great job, if he'd put Mandarin Crispy Beef back on the menu this place would be perfect!
Called in a take-out order for dinner on the way home from Richmond Beach Park. Ordering was easy and straightforward from reading off their menu posted online. I'm spoiled in that I have eaten really good traditional Chinese and fusion Chinese food all over Asia and here in Seattle. I'd say the Royal Unicorn dishes I ordered were good enough for dinner in a pinch. The dining area looked clean and pleasant so we may come back again and dine in if we find ourselves nearby and hankering for Chinese food.
Delicious, fresh food. The server was very friendly, checked on us often but didn't over do it. Will definitely return. It was a very peaceful setting.
New ownership, the restaurant and bar are so clean! Great food, I started eating so fast, I completely forgot to take pictures. They have a "Specials" menu- we ordered the pork buns and shu mai- both very good and good size. We also ordered: Hot and Spicy pork ribs- these are slightly breaded and tossed in a sauce similar to General Tsao Sesame Beef- the beef was tender and flavorful, served on a bed of glass noodles with green onions Mapo Tofu- which has a nice spicy kick. Everything was fantastic, I'll definitely come back! I can't wait to try more off the menu. We sat in the bar to watch football, it was awesome.
This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and it exceeded my expectations. I found this place through recommendations in Facebook groups, and it truly lives up to the praise. The service is excellent, from the friendly welcome at the door to the warm and attentive atmosphere throughout the visit. The restaurant is spotless, and the food is simply exquisite. Portion sizes are generous for the price, and each ingredient’s flavor stands out beautifully. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended if you’re craving great Chinese food.
The indoor space looks way better than outside. It’s super cozy and nicely decorated. The food is really tasty. The service is awesome and friendly. Overall, it’s a great place to eat.
